LiveNjoy Residential is a full-service Asset and Property Management Services Company founded by Thanga K. Thangavel and Daniel Twito. Our vision is to establish next generation Asset and Property Management services for B & C class apartment communities.

LiveNjoy Residential's primary focus is to find and fix the root cause of tenant related issues and to increase tenant satisfaction, which in turn makes every stakeholder of the property as well as all of the investors happy.
We also use Digital Marketing and Geofencing technologies to attract propective tenants to property.
